In the list of Outgoing accounts, the "(Default)" marker should be added to the
name, not the type, because it's not the default type but the default identity
(for an alternative, see also Bug #310823)
Also, it would be nice to have a column for username@server:port, because the
name might not be meaningful. (see also Bug: #310811)
