For Identities this is: - Selectbox "Identity" in Composer - Selectbox "Sender identity" in Folder properties Possibly more to come, as the concept of Identities is yet to be fully embraced: - see #151238 after integrating Standard Templates UI into the new Custom Templates UI For Outgoing accounts currently this seems to be only: - Selectbox "Mail transport" in Composer (which is autoselected when chosing Identity though) So I'd say that being able to give the items a reasonable order is a considerable UI improvement especially for identities. Admittedly this is less important for outgoing accounts.
