Once again the Argentine legislation for holidays has changed.
31-JAN-2013 and 20-FEB-2013 will be national holidays (only this year)
I'm also adding some festive days for Jewish and Muslim people (these are
holidays only for people of these religions).
I am attaching the changed file. Please update the file, with the one included
in this bug report.
I am the author of the previous Argentine holidays files. (see my old bug
150203 , bug 172289 , bug 256007 , bug 272750 and bug 306347)
