Please create a function to backup and restore:
1. All configured feeds
2. A single feed
3. A collection of feeds
3. A collection of feeds from a folder
4. A collection fo feeds from a group of folders/feeds
This would be useful if the backup created a backup file that can be imported
for configuration after a new install. It would also be useful for deploying a
collection of feeds to a number of users or simply sharing a collection of
feeds with a friend or co-worker.
