In Akregator | Settings | General | Startup I unchecked seeting "Download new
articles on startup", but when I log out and in or disconnect a connect again
(to wireless network, for example), it downloads new articles. I suppose it
should only happen when I clisk "Download all", so that I consider this
behaviour as a bug.
