On startup of Akonadi server, all the contacts from CardDav server are added to
Akonadi and then removed.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add CardDav server (I use ownCloud 4.5.1
2. Restart akonadi server
Actual Results:
All the contact are been added, and then removed from akonadi server
Expected Results:
Contacts should stay in akonadi server, so they should be available for user
openSuSE 12.2 x86_64, russian locale
