The new kmail notification system does not respect the "Act on new/unread mail
on this folder" (which is accessible from the Folder Properties).
Previously only notifications about "watching" folders were displayed. Would be
possible to support this again?
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Unflag a folder as "act on new/unread mail on this folder"
Actual Results:
A notification is displayed when a mail arrives in that folder.
Expected Results:
No notitication is displayed.
