When activating the offline mode setting inside an IMAP account the previously
non-cached emails are not reloaded. Instead only new messages are added to the
cache.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an IMAP account with offline mode disabled
2. download the mail headers
3. activate the IMAP offline mode
Actual Results:
the previously loaded emails are not cached. Only mails that are received after
offline mode activation are cached locally.
Expected Results:
All messages that where not cached previously are reloaded and added to the
cache.
