The "Select Folder" dialog that appears by clicking the folder icon in the
KMailCVT dialog, shows only the local mail structure with no option to manually
select any directory accessible by the system (in mounted partitions)
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Kontact > Import Messages...
2. Select any "import" filter
3. Click on the "folder" icon (bottom right) to select a folder to import from
Actual Results:
The dialog "Select Folder" shows only the local mail folder structure
Expected Results:
Provide access to the local filesystem, i.e. to all mounted partitions that are
accessible by the operating system
