As per subject line, when setting up an akonadi resource for a google calendar,
as a result only the primary calendar get displayed in korganizer. Further,
there seems to be no option of selecting, which particular calendar should be
show
Reproducible: Always
Expected Results:
All available calendars should be found and shown in Korganizer. Additionally,
the user might be offered the option to deselect individual calendars.
