Since a few days ago, running the latest 4.11 branch, I noticed that URLs in
the mail body get
messed up.
https://issues.kolab.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2525
becomes
https://issues.kolab.org/show_bug.cgi?id%25
after sending the mail, even my mail in the Sent folder shows the wrong URL.
Reproducible: Always
