If kmail receives a mail with disposition notification, it sends a MDN although
the default policy is set to Ignore.
It happens also applying the Ask policy and clicking the Ignore button in the
respective dialog.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Kmail receive a MDN with Ignore default policy
2. Kmail sends a reply to the sender
3. Changing the default policy from Ignore to Ask
4. The disposition dialog appears
5. Clicking on Ignore
Actual Results:
Kmail sends a reply
Expected Results:
Kmail should not notify the sender
