Currently Appearence->Colors allows you you change every color individually but
it does not provide a way to select among different presets such as many other
options provide.
It would be convenient if a couple of presets (especially one for dark themes)
were available to the user,

Steps to Reproduce:
Settings -> Configure KMail -> Appearance -> Colors
Actual Results:
No preset themes available.
Expected Results:
A list of a few preset color themes.
