on kde 4.13.1 compiled without nepomuk, kdepim-runtime package still installs
/usr/share/akonadi/agents/akonadinepomukfeederagent.desktop
There is no akonadi_nepomuk_feeder and nepomuk is no longer in kdepim 4.13
anyway.
