I am compiling the whole kdepim from source (master). This includes akonadi,
libkgapi, kdepimlibs, kdepim, kdepim-runtime, etc.
After fetching the "All mail" folder only the spam and bin folders get
populated. All other folders are shown in both kmail and akonadiconsole but are
empty. I get new mail notifications so the emails are being fetched alright but
folders never get linked to tags after the initial fetch. There is also no way
to manually triger the linking job.
