When I try to delete a note the stick still visible and no decreses the counter
on taskbar icon.
When I try to add a new one, no stick is shown and the counter do not
increases.
Then, I close it and reopen, the counter is updated, the deleted notes are
really deleted and the new stickers come visible, but, just the ones I deleted
or added before closing and reopen.
If I try to add or delete some, the behavior still the same. Need to close and
reopen program to come effective the action of adding or deleting.
