Since i upgraded to 4.14.0 KMail always shows a confirmation dialog before
sending a mail. This dialog gives me the options "send now", "send later" and
"cancel".
I have checked the settings and the option "accounts -> sending -> confirm
before send" is not checked. also enabling and re-disabling has no effect.
