when in a message window (as opposed to the main window with accounts and
message list), there's no way to navigate to the next or previous mail. one has
to switch back to the main window to do that (and is cursed with yet another
window opening and cluttering the screen).
i think it is necessary to be able to navigate through mails even from inside a
message window, thereby replacing the content with the current mail rather than
opening window over window over window.
i consider this a bug rather than a feature request, since this is obviously a
lack of functionality and other clients provide that as part of normal user
experience (not some fancy add-on or such).
(i honestly never got the hang of what's so great with MDI -- it's cluttering
the desktop, the application list, and the task bar, but does not provide any
improvement in terms of usability over SDI).
