When I add an owncloud (8.1) with enabled Calendar and Contacts app, the
calendars work well, the different shared addressbooks are also visible, but
the contacts inside the addressbooks are not pulled down from the owncloud.
If contacts are created in kaddressbook, these are synced up to the owncloud,
though.
Super weird. I could imagine that Akonadi is looking for the wrong things or
asking in a way owncloud does not understand. syncing with
Thunderbird+Lighting+SogoConnector works, so in case the error is on side of
ownCloud, it is not totally broken.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add owncloud resource
2. ...
3. Addressbook folder are visible but no contacts themselves.
Actual Results:
Addressbook folder are visible but no contacts themselves.
Expected Results:
Addressbooks with their respective contacts are synced and visible.
Version is 4.14.6 from Kubuntu 15.04.
