Thank you for your report. And sorry for taking long time to answer. It is about a version of KMail which uses Nepomuk and is currently unmaintained. But as the wish you have is not implemented in Baloo / Akonadi Search based KMail I will keep this bug open. I set it to confirmed as that feature is not yet available.
