I have long Folder List. If I want to drag and drop an email to a folder I have
to make sure that the folder is in view. I can't simply drag and email and go
to folder list which would scroll to take me to right folder.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try drag and dropping and email to a folder which is hidden in the list.
