The system is windows 10 64, the locale and all system-wide regional settings
are Russian, but the Kleopatra language is configured to be American English".
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click Settings-Configure Kleopatra-GnuPG System
Actual Results:
We see a vague Russian translation, mixed up with special characters, such as
%2c
Expected Results:
An english-language menu.
