When I change the default identity, I expect that it is also changed in all
folders where at the folder properties
[x] use default identity
is marked.
But that identity is never changed.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. change default identity in the kmail2 settings
2.

Actual Results:
In the kmail2 settings, the default identity is changed, but
NOT in the mail folders.
Expected Results:
That the default identity is changed in all folders where
[x] use default identity
is marked.
Using kmail2 5.1.3
