Dear Team
I have submitted a pull request for saving client info in leases and parse
and send reconfigure accept options.

I wanted your opinions on two specific things which I am not sure about.
1. Enabling of the feature using compiler flags
2. Updating the client context after storing the hosts in the host manager.
HostMgr::instance().add(hptr);
ctx.hosts_[ctx.subnet_->getID()] = hptr;
