#3457 and #3456 for db connection parameter retrievel and connection retrieval
from hook . can you pls help me with the sample .

The numbers #3457 and #3456 in this mail refer a tracking system no
longer in
use and do not refer to gitlab issues, so you would find them there.
The comments in the mail are about a very old Kea version and do not appear
to have any significance for current Kea versions.
I have found the following in the Kea Changes.log file:
