One thing to say about Kea 1.0.0 is that it doesn't allow you to specify DHCP 
options per host. It also doesn't work with IPv6 reservations in the database. 
Kea 1.1.0 will also use database more efficiently, by reducing the number of 
queries made to the database to retrieve host information.
