Hello. I try add option 209. I read docs but it just not working.

I put in "Dhcp4"

"option-def": [
           {
               "name": "ConfigFile",
               "code": 209,
               "type": "string",
               "array": false,
               "record-types": "",
               "space": "dhcp4",
               "encapsulate": ""
}],

And add in "option-data" after
           { "name" : "routers", "data" : "194.117.250.1" },
           { "name" : "domain-name-servers", "data" : "8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4" },
this
           {
               "name": "ConfigFile",
               "data": "testtest"
           },

And send dhcp request to server. But server not return 209 option. In
server log i see:

2020-05-24 14:49:11.304 DEBUG [kea-dhcp4.packets/14003] DHCP4_RESPONSE_DATA
