Install the 'isc-dhcp-keama' package to get the kea "migration assistant" tool.
Then you can run it: keama -4 -i /old/dhcpd.conf -o /tmp/new-dhcpd.conf

All,
I am working to migrating our current environment (in-Plant) from isc-dhcp4, including flat file dhcpd.conf, to
kea-dhcp4-server configuration with postgresql dB.
I am working on the current config stack (section 5.0 KDAG) with a psql database backend to store our leases4 records
and have stork-server installed to manage the dhcp and dns instances.
I thought remembered reading the dhcp4-server tools could "transform" the data from the dhcpd.conf flat file into the
database for the configuration of our dhcpd pools and leases. Am I misreading or have I overlooked it in the Kea
Database Admin Guide? I would expect to see the information in section 5.0 Kea Configuration.
Thanks,
John
