All you need to do it's just run ldconfig

Not really related to Kea, just an issue whenever you install shared
libraries into /usr/local.

I get my environment setup and config pgsql server and am going

I have recompiled and reinstalled the software from a new download
of the tarball, and am having the same results. By the way, this
is a new install and config of my test server with Ubuntu server
20.04.4, with all patches available installed.
Suggestions of where I should look for additional information is
appreciated.
