You certainly can, that's how my system is configured. Kea just needs the
interface name, and in the OP's configuration that would be 'vlan10', not
'vlan10@port2' even though that's what the 'ip' command shows.
Yes, listening on VLAN interfaces works, I had that back then. I could
link to the thread ... but then I learned how to set up DHCP relaying
and prefer that solution since then.
Pls also note that in your initial posting the screenshots showed
interfaces that had "NO-CARRIER".
