Tag Kea-2.4.1 after Kea-2.5.3 and before Kea-2.5.4.
Not after Kea-2.4.0.
I think tag Kea-2.4.1 must be set on commit
98b9ba435d1dc20d67d9b811f9732bf84fdee76e, branch v2_4.
Can anyone fix this tag?
