Thanks, the reason why things didn't "just work" was because of the DHCP
relay I had disabled.

Once I re-enabled that, everything started working exactly like how I
expected it too.

I do use the DDNS updates from Kea to populate the BIND that is running on
the same Raspberry Pi, so going to pfSense wouldn't work out.

I think I'm good now.

I will mention that I wish there was a Arm package for Ubuntu that ISC
offered.  I would be on the latest version of Kea if that was the case, but
since that's not the case, I had to use 2.0.2 that came with 22.04 LTS.
Thankfully all of the major settings that I was testing in a 2.4.1 instance
on a x86-64 system translated to 2.0.2 with minimal reconfiguration.  24.04
LTS has the 2.4.1, but I'm hesitant to update this system since I've got a
few other things going on that I'm not sure an upgrade might break other
things.
