About 5) class evaluation points
Would it make sense/be possible to iterate over the dependant classes, in this 
case A to create the list of evaluation points for B?

Likewise for C both A and B would have to be considered since C depends on B 
and B depends on A.

It seems to me that this could simplify configuration for simple cases; for 
more complicated cases that could be overridden by a specific list.
