Hi,

There is probably some kind of practical limit where Kea can no longer
effectively listen to all of the interfaces in a timely fashion or
there is not enough RAM to setup the buffers and things required to
listen on the interface.  I do not know what this is.  How many
interfaces are you wanting to listen on?
