The Premium package incluces the DDNS Tuning, Flexible ID, Forensic Logging and Host Commands hooks. It is explained on the web site (https://www.isc.org/kea/#premium), in the documentation (https://downloads.isc.org/isc/kea/2.7.6/doc/html/arm/hooks.html#available-hook-libraries) and also where you purchase premium (https://transactions.sendowl.com/packages/835064/3093C4AC/view), but I understand it is still confusing. We have two staff who return phone calls and emails to info@ and from people who fill out the form on our website. Unfortunately, the bulk of these emails and voicemails are spam. It is possible that if you didn’t get a response, your message (if it came from another gmail address) appeared to be another spam. I have checked our database and we haven’t received a message via the website from the address you are using here. I will let our sales team know that their voicemail box is full.
