While I am personally almost entirely moving away from Windows I see this issue becoming a potential problem in larger scale office networks as soon as they move/upgrade to Windows 11 24H2. Specifically as we move towards the EoL of Windows 10 in October 2025.
As an update I just checked on a recent Windows 11 24H2 installation with cumulative update 2025-03 and could not see these renewal-loops any more. So perhaps the issue got resolved. Or at least does not appear on this specific machine (I don't have other 24H2 compatible machines to test currently).
