Hi,

I think if you follow the instructions here:
https://cloudsmith.io/~isc/repos/kea-3-0/setup/#formats-deb you will
be able to, after setting up the repo, upgrade from 2.6 to 3.0.0 with
apt update / apt upgrade but I have not personally done this sequence
of steps so you should test first on a non-production server.
