Sounds like a missing jar in keel-core/lib on the Win2K machine. No reason it 
shouldn't behave the same on both.

If you're outside Eclipse, does the normal "ant assemble-deploy" build correctly? This 
tells you it might be an Eclipse config issue, as opposed to something with the Keel 
files.
