I spent a considerable time today chasing down a very nasty but minor bug:
If you say:
Input someInput = res.createInput("somename");
then
someInput.setDefaultValue(someInput);
very bad things happen, to cut a very long story short :-). Not that any of us would
do such a thing....
I suspect someInput.add(someInput) would be equally nasty.
I've made this impossible, and at the same time increased a number of error
validations throughout the model service to prevent other seemingly minor glitches
from bringing down the roof.
