Mike, I have been chasing this problem, without much luck. If the JAAS module fails, after selecting a domain from the drop-down, from then on the "dmn" parameter seems permanently sticky. In other words, if I redisplay the Login page by running the prompt-login seq, the domain drop down is not shown (I traced through the PromptLogin model, it doesn;t find or add the "dmn" parameter). But when I login as root/root, the Login model sees the "dmn" parameter set. Not only that, even after I log off and try logging in, the dmn sticks. In short, of my three domains, (default, nt, unix), once I login in to nt and logout, that's it!
