I too think 2>3>1 makes sense.  To do that, we should suggest in the example project.xml(s) that the users own modules should be after the Keel modules (this gets 3>1).  To get 2>3, we can experiment with making the postGoal a preGoal, or copying the {PROJECT_HOME}/src/webapp files a second time at the end of keel:webapp. I have tried this, seems to work fine.  I am checking it in, please be on the lookout for strange behavior.   The change is only in 2 lines, but the diff looks large since I eliminated a bunch of DOS ^M (control-M) from the file. BTW, since I had to use the latest plugin, I went through and found some modules that had resources in conf/client still, which i Moved to conf/common and checked in. Pierre, when you update modules in CVS could you please update the  xdocs/changes.xml file in each module? Thanks, Shash
