Hindustan Zinc cuts lead price by 500 rupees/tn; zinc unchanged

NEW DELHI - Hindustan Zinc Ltd. today cut prices of lead by 500
rupees
per 1 tn to 97,100 rupees a tn, according to information available on
the
company's Web site.
It kept zinc prices unchanged at 90,300 rupees a tn.
The Vedanta group company usually reviews product prices twice a
week on
Saturday and Thursday in line with the trend on London Metal Exchange.
This week, however, a price revision was also undertaken on
Monday.
At 11:25AM on the National Stock Exchange, shares of the company
traded at
490 rupees, down 0.5%. End
