*Tata Elxsi*,* *disclosed a drop in standalone net profit for the quarter ended December 2008. During the quarter, the profit of the company declined 13.83% to Rs 121.19 million from Rs 140.64 million in the same quarter previous year.
Net sales for the quarter rose 9.87% to Rs 1,063.51 million, while total income for the quarter rose 9.16% to Rs 1,063.51 million, when compared with the prior year period.
