*Pratibha Industries* announced a marginal decline in standalone net profit for the quarter ended December 2008. During the quarter, the profit of the company declined 6.29% to Rs 103.67 million from Rs 110.63 million in the same quarter last year.
Net sales for the quarter rose 10.32% to Rs 1,649.51 million, while total income for the quarter rose 10.08% to Rs 1,662.59 million, when compared with the prior year period.
