Graphite electrodes manufacturing firm HEG Ltd today reported a 42 per cent jump in profit after tax to Rs 42 crore in the first quarter of the current fiscal.
Revenues decreased to Rs 232 crore in the quarter ended June 30, 2009 from Rs 237 crore in the same period last fiscal, HEG said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange(BSE).
