* ABBOTT INDIA: Has opened its first nutrition research and development centre in the country, in collaboration with BIOCON subsidiary Syngene. * BAJAJ AUTO: Workers have decided to go slow on production at the Pantnagar plant until discussions with the management over salary hikes came to a satisfactory conclusion.
