plant after the Sep 15 fire. New plant will start operations Tuesday.

* UNITECH: A Gurgaon district court has dismissed the company's plea
seeking restrain on Telenor from participating in the 2G spectrum auction
without UNITECH.

* VAKRANGEE SOFTWARES: Promoter Vakrangee Holdings has further hiked its
stake in the company to 21.45% from 20.97% earlier.
