When the ant command is run without arguments, a help message is produced.
That help message should display the description for upgrade-kepler-tasks,
which now says:
Upgrade the kepler-tasks.jar used by the module-manager module. To update
lib/kepler-tasks.jar, run ant -f kepler-tasks.xml.
