When I start up the Windows Installer, the page says Kepler-2.3, but
the date is August 12, 2011.
Also, the page says
"The 2.0 release contains a major architectural overhaul from previous
releases"
I would remove that text, it is rather obvious.
Could there be text about what is new in 2.3?
These are minor suggestions.
