This should be fixed now.
The web server on source.eecs.berkeley.edu did not restart properly
after yesterday's second reboot.
I'm not sure why.

tried in OSX (svn 1.6.16) , Ubuntu 11.04 (svn 1.6.12) Scientific Linux 5.3
(svn 1.6.17) with the same results.
